Shipping Notice: Warm weather shipping on all items are only shipped Overnight, Monday through Thursday as determined by national weather. During the cooler months perishable items can be shipped by our customer’s request of Overnight, 2nd Day or Ground.

Shipping Policy: Orders received Monday through Wednesday are shipped the following day for all overnight orders (orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the first business day the following week). Orders with placed Monday and Tuesday with 2nd day are shipped the next day (Wednesday through Sunday ship the first business day the following week). Orders received Monday through Thursday with standard shipping are shipped the next business day (Friday through Sunday ship the first business day the following week).

All orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Standard Time will ship the next business day.

What ingredients are in your toffees?
Our toffee is made with only the finest all natural ingredients including fresh creamery butter, pure cane sugar, rich Guittard chocolate, and toasted California almonds. There is no corn syrup in our toffees.

What allergens are in your toffee? Are they gluten free?
Each one of our toffees comes in a box or tin that lists ingredients and allergens. All of products are manufactured on shared equipment and may contain peanuts, tree nuts, milk and soy products. Our products are gluten free. Please see the chocolate GMO and Allergen statements under the Toffee tab for information about the Guittard Chocolate we use on our toffees.

What kinds of nuts are in your toffee?
The majority of our toffee contains almonds inside and some have chopped almonds on the outside. We also have a Butter Crunch toffee that does not have any nuts at all. It is the perfect toffee treat for those who do not like nuts, not for those who are allergic to nuts as all of our toffees are made on shared equipment.

Can I get toffee without chocolate?
All of our toffee confections have rich milk or dark Guittard chocolate on them.

Can I get toffee without nuts?
We now have Butter Crunch toffee that does not have nuts in or on it. It is for those who do not like nuts, not for those who are allergic to nuts as it is made on shared equipment as the toffee that contains nuts.

Is your toffee Kosher certified?
Yes, all our products are certified Kosher Dairy by Scroll K.

Does your toffee contain Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO)?
Our toffee products are not currently GMO free.

I am sending the toffee as a gift. Is there anything I need to know?
You will be given the chance at checkout to enter a gift message. The recipient will receive a packing slip with the name of the sender but there will not be any prices listed. If you forget to add a message and are worried that they will not know who it is from your name will appear as the sender on the packing slip.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?
Elaine’s Toffee wants you to be totally happy with your order. If you are not, please call us at 800-883-3050 and we will work with you to resolve any issue. Please note that we do not refund for melting as we cannot control how long the toffee rides around in a hot FedEx truck during the day.

Do you have any stores in my area?
Elaine’s Toffee Company is not a franchiser or a chain. We do, however, sell to stores all over the country! On our menu bar, you can click on Retail Stores, and then click the name of the state you live in. The locations are listed in alphabetical order by city. We recommend calling ahead to ensure availability and selection of Elaine’s Toffee products as many locations carry the toffee seasonally. The phone number will be listed under the store’s address.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, you may. If you are placing your order online, you will have to select the ship to multiple locations with more than one item in your cart. If you are sending toffee to many addresses or have a very large order, you may want to call us at 800-883-3050 to give us your order over the phone.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box and/or APO?
No. Since we only ship FedEx and UPS (not USPS), we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Can you ship to me during summer?
We can ship to you in the summer, although due to heat and the effect it has on chocolate and toffee, we must ship a minimum of 2nd Day Air. In many locations it is best to ship Overnight. We will add ice packs as necessary to ensure the toffee gets to you safely. We ask that someone be available on the day of delivery so the toffee doesn’t sit out in the heat for a long period of time. We do not refund for melting in the summer so please choose your shipping method wisely. Please understand that summer shipping prices are higher in the summer than during cooler seasons.

Can you ship to locations outside the USA?
We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska only outside of the continetal US.

Yes! You can call us at 1-800-883-3050 to place a phone order. Our phone hours are 9am-5pm (MST).

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you realize a mistake or decide to cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible at 1-800-883-3050. We try to get orders processed and shipped the same day, so it is very important that we receive the call to change or cancel an order right away.
